He is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Medicine.
He completed his doctorate in 1998 at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health.

Beginning in 1996, besides his academic studies, he worked in different organizations in the field of corporate training and management consultancy and took part in many projects and initiatives.
In the early 2000s, he founded Entelekya company, which operates in the field of education and management consultancy, with his partners.
Following his departure from the partnership, he founded Nevidea Business School in 2005, which provides project-based consultancy in the fields of Entrepreneurship, Institutionalization, and management.
Nevidea Business School continues its activities under the name of Nevidea Creative solutions by shifting its field of work to consultancy and investment partnerships in the development of entrepreneurship projects since 2011.
He is an Associate Professor of Medical Education.
He is currently a faculty member at Acıbadem University.
